The two-day strategic planning workshop in DC was a complex and challenging project that required precise planning and execution. As the Project Manager, I successfully managed all aspects of the engagement, from start to finish.
To ensure the success of the workshop, I began by working closely with the project team and client to develop a detailed workshop plan that included specific goals, objectives, and timelines. This plan was essential to ensure that all stakeholders were aligned and had a clear understanding of what we wanted to achieve in the workshops.
Once the dates were solidified, I began to coordinate all logistics for the workshop, including booking hotels, arranging travel, and scheduling meals. I also managed the team's time, ensuring that everyone was prepared and ready for each session of the workshop.
Procuring workshop supplies was also a key responsibility of mine. I made sure to source high-quality materials that would enhance the workshop experience and support the client's goals.
Throughout the engagement, I maintained regular communication with the client to ensure that all logistics were on track and that any concerns were addressed promptly. I also provided regular updates to my team, keeping everyone informed of any changes or updates to the project plan.
Overall, the two-day strategic planning workshop in DC was a great success, with the client achieving their desired outcomes. The experience demonstrated my expertise in event management and project planning, as well as my ability to manage teams and resources effectively.

Creative Alliance
As Operations & Rentals Manager, it was my responsibility to manage not only the building operations, but the event operations as well. Coordinating with the three programming departments in the organization, I planned, organized, and staffed every live event that the Creative Alliance organized.
It was my responsibility to ensure that each event had the proper equipment needed, staff members to assist guests, and concessions that added to the ambiance of the event.
On average the Creative Alliance hosted 3-4 events a week. Events ranged from musical performance to comedy shows to educational events.
Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival

The diverse communities of Baltimore come together each year to create The Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival in Patterson Park! As Operations & Rentals Manger, it was my responsibility to ensure the the festival, which averages 10,000 attendees, was staffed appropriately, with a fun and lively concession area.
MarquEE Ball
Creative Alliance
The Marquee Ball is Creative Alliance’s annual fundraiser gala that includes a VIP dinner, live and silent auctions, open studios, and a dance party that honors The Patterson’s past history as a movie palace. As Operations & Rentals Manger, it was my responsibility to ensure the annual fundraiser was well-staff, organized, and safe for attendees.
